About
Attorney Whitney Webster is passionate about serving the immigrant community as well as the global and local church. She graduated summa cum laude from NKU Chase College of Law and received her bachelor's degree from the undergraduate school (Boyce College) of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Law Office of Whitney Webster, PLLC was founded in August 2020 with a vision to better assist religious workers with R-1 visa applications and other employment-based options. Whitney has multiple years of experience working in U.S. immigration law and strives to constantly learn and grow as procedures within immigration law rapidly change.
In her spare time, Whitney enjoys spending time with family and friends, writing, traveling, staying involved with her church, and enjoying nature.
